How to Request Account Deletion

Your request should include:
- A statement confirming your request, such as:
“Please delete my account and all associated data.”
How We Handle Deletion Requests
Once your request is received:
- We will confirm receipt within 24 hours
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 72 hours
- This action is irreversible
What Data Will Be Deleted
When deleting your account, the following information is permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Appointment history
- Payment records (local app data)
- Messages & chat data
- Barber service listings
- Barber availability settings
Note: Stripe processes payments securely, and only Stripe retains financial transaction records required by law. We cannot delete those records.
